摘要
目的观察甲基强的松龙冲击疗法(MPPT)治疗类脊髓灰质炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法11例类脊髓灰质炎患者使用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗1～2个疗程,密切观察患者症状、体征的改变,以及心率、血压、心电图的变化和其它不良反应。结果显效率为72.73%,有效率为90.91%;肢瘫程度较轻的患者显效率明显增高(P<0.01);患者年龄、病程、疗程对疗效无明显影响。疗程中部分患者出现上感、腹泻、兴奋不安及多种类型的心律失常;疗程中收缩压较疗前明显增高(P<0.05)。结论MPPT治疗类脊髓灰质炎有较好的疗效,但亦应注意其不良反应。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and side - effect of Methylprednisolone pulse therapy （MPPT） in treating similar poliomyelitis. Methods 11 cases of similar poliomyelitis had used MPPT for one to two courses of treatment, their changes of symptoms, signs, heart hate, blood pressure, ECG and other side - effect were observed closelyl Results The total effective rate reached 90.91% ,with markedly effective rate being 72.73%. The markedly effective rate was obviously increased in the patients with mild limb paralysis （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the patientsage, course of disease and treatment had no significant influence on the efficacy. During the treatment, the part patients suffered from the cold, diarrhea, excitation and fidgety activity and many kinds of cardiac arrhythmia;the systolic pressure during treatment was markedly increased than that before（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Similar poliomyelitis can obtain better efficacy with MPPT,but we must also pay attention to the side - effect
