摘要
本文系在定义高阶非完整系统相对于非惯性系运动时的ЦｅＨｏＢ函数基础上，得到了高阶非完整力学系统相对于非惯性系的ЦｅＨｏＢ方程．
On the basis of defining ЦeHoB functions of high-order nonholonomic system relative tononinertial frame, this paper presents an ЦeHoB eqution of high-order nonholonmic mechanicalsystems relative to noninertial frame. with two examples as its application.
