摘要
国有资本流失问题是我国国有资本管理体制改革中一个令人很头痛的问题,至于每年流失的国有资本到底有多少并无可靠的数据。但是近几年,几乎每个人都可以感受到国有资本正在流失,其严重程度可想而知。因此,很有必要对国有资本相关利益主体行为进行分析研究,然后针对存在的问题,提出解决问题的方法,以保证国有资本保值增值目标的实现。
The problem that state-owned capital （SC） is being washed away racks our brains during the process of the reform of the state-owned capital＂ s management system. Although there is not an exact data that how much SC has been washed away, every one could perceive the phenomenon practically in the recent years. The problem is very serious. Therefore, it is very necessary to do an economics analysis of the related bodies＂ behavior, and then provide the tactics with our government in order to maintain and increase the value of SC.
