摘要
新的国有资产管理体制的高效运行离不开对国有资本的有效监管,新形势下有必要对国有资本的监管做出新的创新并给予理论解答。本文从国有资本监管基础理论出发,重点探讨了国资委对国有资本监管的创新方式,以及国资委履行国有资本监管职责的监管机制,最后简要论及了国有资本监管基础制度建设问题。
We should strengthen the state-owned capital regulation to keep the new state-owned assets management system functioning. Beginning with the basic theories of the state-owned capital regulation, this article centers on innovations of the state-owned capital regulation means for the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC) and the regulation mechanisms to keep watch on SASAC. Finally, the basic systems of the regulation are discussed briefly in the end of the article.
