摘要
本文采用实证的方法,对合肥市高新技术开发区企业、大学、科研机构、中介服务机构和地方政府等区域创新网络主体及其创新行为即进行充分调研,进而考察该区域创新网络建设与发展现状。
By employing the method of positivism, the article makes a thorough investigation of the main bodies of regional innovation network and their innovation activities. These main bodies include the enterprises of Hefei hi-technology development area, universities, scientific research institutions, intermediary service organizations and the local governments. And then the article studies the construction of the innovation network of the region and its present development.
