摘要
目前,无论从世界经济的大背景还是从国家的体制保障乃至国家级开发区企业的自身条件来看,国家级开发区对外投资都面临着前所未有的机遇。同时,也必须清醒地看到,机遇与挑战同在,目前制约国家级开发区走出去的诸多不利因素同样不容忽视。
Currently, national economic development zone is facing unprecedented opportunities, in terms of the background of world economy, government system support, and economic development zone＇s own conditions. However, we should also realize that opportunities arise with challenges, and we can＇t ignore all the disadvantages which constrain the national economic development zone from ＂going out＂.
