摘要
对38例喉癌患者、45例声带息肉患者的病变组织及血清中的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和胆固醇(Ch)含量进行检测,并以40例正常成人作为对照。结果显示:喉癌组癌组织及血清中LDL和Ch的含量均较声带息肉组相正常对照组为高(P<0.05);且低分化喉癌组癌组织中LDL和Ch的含量均较高分化喉癌组明显为高(P<0.01)。表明,喉癌细胞LDL代谢增强,LDL可作为核索或药物的载体用于对喉癌的诊断或治疗。
The contents of low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and cholessterol (Ch ) were dectected in the tissue and sera from the patients with laryngeai cancer and vocal polyp.the attempt of which was to find the relationship between the LDL and laryngeai cancer. The results showed that the contents of LDL and Ch in tissue and sera were significantly higher(P<0. 05) in laryngeai cancer group than those in vocal polyp group; the contents of LDL and Ch in tissue were significantly higher(P<0. 01 ) in low differented laryngeai cancer than those in high differented laryngeai cancer group. It demonstrated that the metabolism of LDL is related to laryngeai cancer. LDL may he used as a carrier of radionuclide and anticarcinogen to diagnose and treatment of the laryngeai cancer.
