摘要
目的监测和了解中学生主要的健康危险行为和保护性因素的情况。方法由美国疾病预防控制中心（CDC）统一采用专门的抽样软件抽取乌鲁木齐市25所中学，并采用整群抽样方法抽取学校的班级并对班级中的13～15岁在校学生进行问卷调查。结果每天运动60分钟以上的学生占16．1％；父母或监护人一直或大多数时间里理解被监护人遇到的问题和烦恼的学生占36．0％；曾经感到孤独的学生占8．2％；曾做过自杀计划的人占9．0％，曾经认真想过自杀的学生占20．4％；曾经尝试过吸烟的学生占31．2％；第一次尝试酒精的年龄在13岁以上的学生占33．5％；曾经使用过1次以上毒品的学生占1．4％；参加8次以上打架的学生占22．2％。结论中学生中存在比较严重的健康行为方面的问题，突出表现在缺少体育运动，心理健康问题严重、有自杀倾向，吸烟、饮酒和使用毒品等，必须引起教育和卫生部门的高度重视，并提早给予干预，以促进少年儿童的健康发展。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior about health risky factors among middie school students in Urumchi, to provide accurate data on health behavior and protective factors among students, to offer the direction for the future health education work, to begin the dynamic and continued observation on students＇ behavior, and finally provide references for long-term study and intervention. Methods WHO took the sample among students aged 13- 15 years in Urumchi and conducted the questionnaire survey designed by US-CDC. Results There were only 16.1% of students who could keep physically active over 60 minutes every day; there were 36.0 % of students whose parents or guardians always or most of time understood their problems or worries; 8.2% of students had ever felt lonely; 9.0% of students had made a plan about attempting suicide, and 20.4% seriously considered attempting suicide; 31.2% had ever tried or experimented with cigarette smoking; 33.5% took their first drink or alcohol when they were over 13 years old; 1.4 % had used drugs more than one time; 22.2 % had been in physical fight over 8 times. Conclusion There are many problems on health behavior among middle school students, especially lack of physical activities, psychological health and suicide trend, smoking and drinking, drug use etc. All above should be paid more attention by education and health section and should be intervened earlier to promote healthy development of children and adolescence.
