摘要
金融自由化和审慎监管是金融业发展的时代特征,《GATS》(《服务贸易总协定》)的意义在于:由制度层面给予“自由、监管”以具体的含义,这为我国金融监管体制的完善提供了有益借鉴。
The development of financial industry is marked by the finance freedom and prudential Supervision. The rules of（GATS））give ＂freedom＂ and ＂supervision＂ exact and clear means, which supply the scientific basis of the reform of supervision system in China.
