摘要
本文分析了货币市场与资本市场之间实行“隔离”政策产生的“明堵暗通”现象及其隐含的风险。通过比较货币市场与资本市场的基本特征 ,揭示了货币市场与资本市场之间的联结机制 ,并提出疏导两个市场联系的对策。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of 'banning brightly, flowing secretly' between money market and capital market that come into being by the policy of 'insulating' money market from capital markets and the underlying risks. Comparing with the characteristics of money market and capital market, the author reveals the mechanism of linking money market and capital market, and puts forward the strategy of dredging the connection between the two financial markets.
