On the Ability-oriented Reform of Science Education in Secondary Schools in Singapore

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,新加坡科学教育从原来的效率取向转变为能力取向。能力取向的中学科学教育改革主要表现为:大众教育与英才教育的统一,经典科学与现代科学的平衡,理论知识理解、应用与实际操作的有机结合,课程与信息技术的整合,学科本位与课程综合化的互补五个方面。
