摘要
在碱性介质中,铁氰化钾氧化维生素B1产生化学发光,罗丹明B作为能量转移剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)可敏化其发光强度。据此,结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定维生素B1的新方法。该法检出限(3σ)为5×10^-6g·L^-1,线性范围为5.0×10^-5~3.0×10^-2g·L^-1,对2.0×10^-3g·L^-1的维生索B1进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.1%。利用该方法对维生素B1片剂和针剂进行测定,结果满意。
A flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of vitamin B1 was described. It was based on the CL reaction of potassium ferricyanide with vitamin B1 in sodium hydroxide medium using rhodamine B as energy transfer. This system was greatly enhanced by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). The linear range was 5.0×10^-5~3.0×10^-2g·L^-1 with a detection limit (3σ) of 5×10^-6g·L^-1. Relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.1% for 2.0×10^-3g·L^-1 vitamin B1 (n = 11). This method was applied to the determination of vitamin B1 in tablets and injections.
