摘要
介绍了由腈纶废丝常压水解制备防泳移剂 ( HPAN)的新工艺。研究了水解工艺条件对水解产物的影响 ,确定了较佳的水解条件。反应温度 90~ 95℃ ,反应时间 4 h,投料比 PAN:30 % Nao H水溶液 =1∶ 4~ 1∶ 5。HPAN的防泳移性可达同类产品 AMK和 AM 1 0 3的水平。
The new method of preparated antimigrant was introduced by hydrolysis of PAN waste fiber under atmosphere. The influence of hydrolytic process condition on hydrolyticproduct was studied. The optimum hydrolyzation conditions are as follows, the temperature of reaction is 90~95 ℃, time of reaction is 4 hpurs, ratio of raw materials is PAN∶(30%NaOH+H 2O)=1∶4(weight ratio). The antimigranting properties of the product accord with AMK and AM103.
