摘要
利用聚丙烯腈纤维废料作原料,在高温、高压条件下催化水解。经筛选确定最佳工艺条件,使之水解为具有一定粘度和强度的水溶性胶液。对水解液性能进行研究并应用在铸造行业作为芯砂粘结剂。根据铸造性能要求,对阻燃性和湿强度进行复配改性研究。结果表明:当温度为190℃、压力为1.45MPa时的水解液,与阻燃剂和交联剂复合后在砂中加入量为4%时,砂芯比抗拉强度大于0.60MPa/1%,湿压强度为0.016—0.022MPa。
