摘要
目的通过对ICU专科护士资格认证临床技能考核的分析,不断完善ICU资格认证临床技能培训考核的方法与内容。方法对119名护士参加ICU护士资格认证培训后的8项技能操作考核成绩进行分析。结果心肺复苏术(CPR)操作考核中,三级医院护士得分显著高于二级医院(P<0·05),ICU工作≥5年的护士显著高于<5年者(P<0·05)。NICU、EICU、CCU护士8项技能考核成绩均达标,而RICU、ICU、SICU、病房护士未完全达标。结论通过ICU资格认证操作技能的培训与考核,提高了ICU专科护士的技能,建立了ICU护士资格认证技能考核体系。分级别、分层次培训是保证培训质量的良好方法。
Objective To constantly perfect the method and content of qualification authentication on ICU nurse by analysis of check result. Methods 119 nurses accepted skill training of qualification authentication. Check results of 8 skills were analyzed. Results In the check of CPR skill, the score of nurses from third-class hospital and with more than 5 years-old experience in ICU was higher than that from second-class hospital and with less than 5 years-old experience. Nurses of NICU, EICU and CCU were up to grade, however, nurses of RICU,SICU and normal ward were not. Conclusion Skill training and examination on qualification authentication can improve the skill of ICU nurses and form the standardized systems of qualification authentication. Training according to the grade of hospital and nature of nurses is a favorable method to ensure the quality.
