摘要
针对多通道CCD相机,提出了一种图像数据实时采集和图像显示的方法,CCD的数据采集和图像显示由图像卡完成.CCD相机与图像卡的数据传输的硬件接口按标准RS-422串行接口设计,这种差分方式传递信号方法能有效抑制共模信号,提高数据在传输中抗噪声能力.利用高速硬盘解决了大容量、高速度、多通道的图像数据的实时采集和存储问题,通过多线程处理来从软件上弥补硬盘读写速度不足的缺陷.将采集到的CCD相机数据转换成标准BMP文件来显示图像.
This paper aims at multiple channel CCD camera, putting forward the method of image data real - time acquisition and display. CCD data acquisition and image display is completed by image card. The hardware interface that data between CCD camera and image card transmit is designed according to standard RS - 422, the use differential signal transmissiion allows the receiver to reject common mode' voltages, this noise rejection improves data integrity. The high speed hard disk is used to resolve the big capacity , high speed , multiple channel acquisition and storage problem of image data, through the multi-line processing make up defect of hard disk write speed from software. And acquisition data of CCD camera is converted the standard document of BMP to show image.
