摘要
高职英语教学目前普遍存在生源水平参差不齐,教师考核、管理、知识结构不尽合理,教学手段、方法陈旧落后等问题。针对这些问题,必须转变观念,改革传统的教学模式、考核制度,加强师资队伍建设,创设良好的语言教学环境,提高教学实效。
In order to solve the existing problems of the English teaching in higher vocational education, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as creating a good language environment, developing the interests and habits of learning English, constructing an excellent English teacher team, reforming the old teaching method, using various teaching means and improving the examination system.
