摘要
1994年福建省南部养殖的斑节对虾发生一种杆状病毒病，病死虾主要症状表现为甲壳白斑、尾扇发红、鳃水肿、胃肠变黄等．其共同的病理特征为细胞核膨胀、变形，被苏木精浓染，或细胞核缺乏染色质和核仁等正常结构，显示出空泡或被苏木精淡染。
An outbreak of baculovirus disease occurred in Pehaeds monodon in south Fujian provirice in 1994, with clinical manifestations mainly of white patch on crusta, reddening of tail, edema in parotid, gut xanthochromia etc. The common pathological features include nuclear expansion, deformation, deep stainedness with hematoxylin, or lack of normal structures as.chromatin and nucleole in cell resulting in vacuole or light stainedness with hematoxylin.
