摘要
本试验采用组织压片法、常规组织切片法、快速组织切片法及电镜观察法对进口的斑节对虾(Penaems mondon)及其繁殖的后期幼体的斑节对虾杆状病毒(P.mondon-type b-aculovirus,MBV》进行诊断。结果,后期幼体MBV包涵体感染率为35%~100%,抽样样品阳性率达100%。嗜酸性的MBV包涵体存在于肝胰腺和前肠的上皮细胞核内,单个、多个、近圆形。电镜观察,其包涵体由多角体蛋白组成,呈拟晶体排列;病毒颗粒呈杆状,有披膜,自由分布于细胞核内或粘附在包涵体上,大小约为360×60nm。
Penaems monodon and P. monodon-type baculovirus (MBV) were diagnosed with tabletting, tissue slice and electron microscope. The infection rate of MBV inclusion bodies to late larva is 35-100%. Random positive rate is 100%. Acidophil MBV inclusion bodies are in hepar pancreatic and epithelial karyon of foregut. It's single, multiple and approximate round. On survey of electron microscope, the inclusion bodies consist of polygon protein, arrangement similar crystal. The virion appeared rod, and it has an envelope. The virion distributed in karyon and on inclusion bodies. Size of the virus is 360×60nm.
