摘要
废旧轮胎胶粉在水泥混凝土中的利用是废物循环利用项目的一个新课题。为了解决橡胶粉直接掺入引起的材料强度大幅下降问题,本文重点研究了橡胶粉的表面改性方法及其对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,并对改性胶粉增强水泥砂浆机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:用有机改性剂B改性的胶粉制备的水泥砂浆具有最好的性能效果;无机改性剂A由于价格低,因而更具推广价值;三种改性方法对胶粉水泥砂浆28d抗压强度均有明显改善作用。
Utilizing recycled tire rubber powder in cement concrete is a new problem in recycling of waste. The methods of modification for recycled tire rubber powder and their effect on mechanical property of cement mortar were investigated in order to solve the problem of strength falling greatly from adding tire rubber powder in cement mortar. The mechanism of reinforcing cement mortar by adding modified tire rubber powder was discussed. The results show that the cement mortar preparated by adding modified rubber powder with organic solvent B has the best property; inorganic modifier A should be worth popularizingbecause of low-price; three methods of the modification for recycled tire rubber powder all can improve the compressive strengths in 28 days of cement mortar obviously.
