摘要
目的为提高新生血管性青光眼的手术成功率。方法采用“改良小梁切除术”联合术中用药、水下电凝及可拆除缝线等方法治疗新生血管性青光眼16例。结果15例眼压在2.75±0.73千帕,眼压下降成功率为94%,其中1例为4.65千帕,需滴用药物维持正常眼压。结论改良小梁切除术对青光眼有较好疗效。
Objective To increase efficacy of trabeculectomy. Methods 16 cases of neovascular glaucoma were treated by improved trabeculectomy combined with making medicines in the operation, diathermy on the water, suture Dismantled and so on. Results The intraocular pressure was below 2.75 ± 0.73Kpa in 15 cases （94%） treated with this method. Of 16 cases one was 4.65Kpa, it need make medicines to keep the intraocular pressure. Conclusions Improved trabeculectomy is safe and effective in the management of neovascular glaucoma.
