摘要
以厦门市思明区下岗失业女性为例,在社会支持和心理学有关理论的框架下,分析情感支持对下岗失业女性的影响,探讨情感支持在下岗失业女性再就业中的作用,并在此基础上提出提供有效的情感支持,促进下岗失业女性再就业的建议。
Based on the examples of the felaidoffmales in Siming, Xiamen city, the text analyses the influence of emotional support upon the laidoff females in the frame of society ＆ psychology, and discusses the function upon obtaining employment of the laidoff females, the text also brings forward the advice by offering the effective emotional support in order to promote the reemplogment of the laidoff females.
