摘要
将非完全消化法应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法,成功地测定银杏叶中钙、铁、锌。以La3+作为钙的释放剂消除化学干扰。试验表明,试液的物理性质与其空白溶液的一致、无背景吸收干扰。对检出限及特征浓度进行考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.3%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±0.4%。可见,在火焰原子吸收光谱法中,以非完全消化法取代灰化法处理银杏叶样品是可行的。
The noneomplete digestion method was appled in flame atomic absorption spectrometry to successfully determine Ca, Fe and Zn in ginkgo leaf. La^3+ was used as releasing agent for calcium to eliminate chemical interference. The results indicated that the physical properties of test solution is identical with its blank solution and there is no background absorption interference. The detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied. The relative standard deviations were less than 1.3 %. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±0. 4%. In FAAS method , the displacement of ashing method by noncomplete digestion method for the sample pretreatment of ginkgo leaf is possible.
