摘要
用GC-MS氨基酸分析仪等对野生和人工培养裂褶菌中挥发油、氨基酸、无机元素及各组分进行测定,共测出约20种挥发油化学成分,17种氨基酸和7种无机元素。通过分析,与野生裂褶菌比较,人工培养裂褶菌多糖含量明显较低,但其蛋白质和氨基酸含量明显较高。
The contents of volatile oil, amino acids, inorganic elements, proteins, fats, moisture and ash in cultured and wilding Schizophyllum comnmne Fr. were determined bt Gc-MS, amino acid analyzer, ICP-AES and classical chemical methods. It contained about twenty identified constituents in the oil, 17 sorts of amino acid;7 sorts of inorganic elements. Compared with the wilding Schizophyllum commune, cuhured one has lower contents of polysaccharides but higher contents of amino acids and proteins.
