摘要
通过对50℃、35℃、20℃和-18℃贮藏12个月的大葱和油菜种子的呼吸作用研究,结果表明,随着贮藏温度的升高,大葱和油菜种子的CO2释放量增大,同一贮藏温度下,随着含水量的降低,种子CO2释放量减少。大葱种子的内源激素-乙烯释放量的研究表明,随着含水量的下降,种子乙烯释放量明显下降,过分干燥导致乙烯释放量升高。
Through the studying on the respiration and the ethylene released amount of Chinese onion and rape seeds stored at 50℃ ,35℃ ,20℃ and - 18℃ for 12 months, the results showed that seed respiration was enhanced as the seed storage temperature increased, and the seed respiration was also enhanced as the seed moisture content increased. The ethylene released amount of seed decreases as the seed moisture content decreases, but if the seed moisture content is too low, the ethylene released amount of seed can be increased.
