摘要
采用木柜、干燥器和冰箱贮藏方法,对芝麻种子贮藏的效果进行了研究,结果以冰箱低温贮藏效果最佳,但成本高;其次是干燥器贮藏,干燥器内贮藏17年的种子,含水量稳定在2.3%左右,粗脂肪、粗蛋白和脂肪酸组成含量未发生明显变化;田间种植出苗率仍在50%以上,且能正常生长,无形态上的变异。
The effects of three storage methods (wooden chest,desiccator and reftigerator)on sesame seeds were comparatively evaluated. The basic way was using refrigerator but it was costly.Using drier with desiccant was another effective and practical way to store sesame seeds. Sesame samples conserved in drier for seventeen years were found to have a water content of approximately 2.3% with very little changes in oil,protein contents and fatty acids composition.The germination ratio was over 50% and the plants were normal without morphological changes when the seeds were sown.
