摘要
研究了影响玉米淀粉糖化的因素,优化了玉米淀粉糖化的工艺参数:糖化温度60℃,pH值4.5,糖化时间48h,葡萄糖淀粉酶用量250U/g淀粉、普鲁兰酶用量0.10ASPU/g淀粉。
The affecting factors of corn starch saccharification were studied in this paper, at the same time, the technological parameters of corn starch saccharification were also optimized: temperature 60 ℃, pH 4.5, saccharification period 48 hour, dosage of glucoamylase 250 U / (g starch), dosage of pullulanase 0.10 ASPU / (g starch).
