摘要
采用微波消解技术消解样品,用ICP-AES法测定高碳锰铁中Si,P,Cu,V含量,研究该方法的最佳工作条件,通过对样品的分析试验、回收试验及精密度试验,证明该方法准确度高,精密度好,与化学法相比该方法快速、实用。
Adopting microwave digestion technology to digest samples, the contents of Si, P, Cu and V in high carbon ferromanganese are determined with ICP-AES method, and the optimal work conditions are researched. It is proved by analysis test, reclaiming test and precision test of samples that the veracity of the method is high and precision is good. The method is fast and applied compared with mechanical method.
