摘要
针对某轴流式压缩机的第1级叶片断裂事故,采用有限元方法对叶片的强度振动特性进行了计算,分析了叶片断裂的原因,在保证气动性能不变的条件下,采用抗疲劳强度更好的材料及增大叶片厚度的方法进行了改型设计,并进行调频设计,使叶片避开了高频和低频共振。
The strength vibration characteristics of the blades were calculated, and the rupture causes of the blades were analyzed using the finite element method for the rupture accident of the first stage blades of an axial-flow compressor. Under the condition of guaranteeing the performance of the blades, the material with better fatigue resistance was used, and a retrofit design of increasing the thickness of the blades and a frequency design were performed to avoid the high and low frequency resonance of the blades.
