摘要
提出汽轮机叶片静频和动频的计算方法,引入三维8节点非协调单元,建立了叶片的三维有限元分析模型,并考虑了长叶片几何非线性变形对频率的影响。最后对两个实际叶片的振动特性进行了计算分析,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
A static and dynamic frequency calculation method for turbine blade has been developed in this paper, and the 3 D incompatible block element with eight nodes is used in the calculation, the effect of geometrical nonlinear displacement on frequency is also discussed, at last the numerical results of two real blades are presented, the numerical results are in agreement with the experiment data.
