摘要
本文观察了3.5ATA(标准大气压)和2.0ATA条件下吸入纯氧或空气30min后,SD大鼠血浆、心肌和脑组织中LPO、SOD含量的变化。显示在该条件下LPO含量增高,SOD含量减少。认为高压氧能促进脂质过氧化反应。
The effect of hyperbaric oxygen 〔HBO〕 on whole animal was examined. The lipoperoxide contents and superoxide dismutase activities of blood, brain and heart in rats exposed to 100% oxygen or air at 3.5 and 2.0 ATA for 30 min were investigated. The results showed: there was a significant positive correlation between the lipid peroxidation rate and the pressure magnitude in hyperbaric chamber. The effect of pure O2 was greater than that of air at the same pressure. The plasma and tissue LPO contents at 3.5 ATA were significantly higher than those at 2.0 ATA, and the erythrocyte and tissue SOD activities at 3.5 ATA were significantly lower than those at 2.0 ATA
