摘要
以转色期丰香草莓为材料,测定了经0.3~0.9μL/L1-MCP处理后果实采后呼吸速率、抗氧化酶活性、活性氧积累以及果实品质的变化规律。结果表明,1-MCP处理抑制草莓果实呼吸作用,维持较高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和较低的脂氧合酶(LOX)活性,同时降低超氧阴离子(O·2)产生速率、H2O2积累和丙二醛(MDA)含量,有利于保持果实品质。
In this paper, the post-harvest physiology of strawberry (cv. Toyonoga) was investigated for the effects of 1-MCP on the respiration, the activities of protective enzymes, the accumulation of active oxygen species and the fruit quality. The results indicated that 0.6 ~0.9 μL/L 1-MCP significantly inhibited respiration of strawberry fruit, and maintained higher levels of SOD activity, but decreased the LOX activity and the production rate of O2^-·. The accumulation of H2O2 and MDA was beneficial for keeping fruit quality.
