血清对氧磷酯酶1活性变化与2型糖尿病外周动脉病变的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清对氧磷酯酶1(PARAOXONASE1,PON1)活性变化与2型糖尿病(DM2)外周动脉病变的关系。方法测定51例合并外周动脉病变、55例未合并外周动脉病变的DM患者及49例健康对照者血清PON1活性,同时测定空腹血糖、血脂水平。结果DM2未合并外周动脉病变组PON1活性为(156.93±78.06)IU/L,低于健康对照组(226.45±105.72)IU/L(P<0.01),合并外周动脉病变组PON1活性为(119.37±71.32)IU/L,低于未合并外周动脉病变组(P<0.05)。结论PON1活性在DM2合并或未合并外周动脉病变患者中均降低,在DM2合并外周动脉病变患者中降低更明显,提示PON1活性的降低可能参与了糖尿病外周动脉病变的发生。
