Fas、FasL及Bcl-2基因家族凋亡相关基因与鼻息肉

摘要 鼻息肉病因复杂,发病机制至今不明。许多研究表明凋亡相关基因 Fas、FasL 和 Bcl-2家族在鼻息肉的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用。本文综述了这几个凋亡相关基因与鼻息肉发病关系的研究现状。
