摘要
目的研究我市志贺氏菌菌群8年来在分布比例上的变化情况及抗生素耐药性变化趋势。方法应用回顾性调查分析方法。结果志贺氏菌的4种菌群在分布比例上未发生明显变化,志贺氏菌对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性有逐步增加的趋势。结论志贺氏菌对常用抗菌药物呈上升趋势,与抗菌药物的持续大量使用有关,也与人们乱用广谱抗生素有关。
Objective To master the changes of distribution and tendency of drug - resistance of Z - H bacilli in recent 8 years in our city. Methods The clinical materials were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 4 spectnnns distribution of this bacilli has not changed and the drug - resistance tended to be increased gradually in clinic. Conclusion The increasing tendency of drug - resistance of this bacilli might be related with continuously large dose antibiotics slather as well as abusing wide spectrum antibiotics.
