摘要
目的探讨胎儿胸腺提取液对S180实体瘤的抑瘤作用。方法应用汇康生物工程公司提供的胎儿胸腺提取液，试验动物为IC12纯系小鼠，18～20g／只，生长旺盛的S180实体瘤载瘤鼠，用生理盐水1：3匀浆制细胞混悬液，每只鼠腹部皮下接种0．2mL，分5组观察。结果接种胎儿胸腺提取液小鼠S180实体瘤与对照组比较明显缩小。结论胎儿胸腺提取液对小鼠S180实体瘤有明显抑制作用。
Objective To discuss the inhibiting action for fetal thymus extract on S180 solid tumor（ST）. Methods The fetal thymus extract provided by Huikang Bio Cot. mixed with saline 1 ： 3 was injected subcutaneously to mouse inbred line rat and 20 rats were divided into 5 groups. Results The ST was smaller in the extract injection group than those of control. Conclusion The fetal thymus extract might have obviously inhibiting action on ST of S180.
