摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定肝心康胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速为0·8ml/min,检测波长为269nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0·16μg^0·80μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0·9989),平均加样回收率为96·3%(RSD=1·21%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To establish HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱa in Ganxinkang capsules.METHODS;The separation was carried out on C18 column,The mobile phase was composed of methanol- water（80 ; 20） with a flow rate at 0.8ml/min and detection wavelength at 269nm. RESULTS;The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 0.16μg-0.80μg （ r = 0.9 989） with average recovery at 96.3 % （RSD= 1.21% ）. CONCLUSION ： This method was convenient, accurate, rapid and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
