摘要
本文收集了临床资料完整的老年性痴呆５８例，结合ＭＲＩ表现，提出中医对老年性痴呆的诊断标准应该增加影像学检查（包括ＭＲＩ及ＣＴ）。早期诊断、早期治疗本病对提高生存质量、减轻社会负担有积极的意义。
Based on the complete materials of 58 cases from the clinic,and refered to MRI,the author pointed out that the diagnostic criteria of TCM for senile dementia should have the image examination including both MRI and CT.Early diagnosis and treatment had positive significance for life quality and reducing society burden.
