摘要
研究了一种单LEM电流检测双降压式半桥逆变器,该逆变电路无桥臂直通,可以实现功率开关管和续流二极管的最优设计。采用一个LEM电流传感器,通过精密整流电路提高了电流检测的精度,实现了逆变器滞环电流控制无偏置电流半周期运行,有效节省了逆变器的成本,具有较高的工程应用价值。最后在一台500VA的原理样机上验证了理论分析的正确性。
A Dual Buck Half Bridge Inverter (DBHBI) with a single LEM current sensor is introduced in this paper. The inverter topology has the characteristics of freedom from shoot-through problem,and capacity to realize the optimum design of all power devices.A hysteresis current controlled non-biased half cycle mode operation scheme is proposed with a single LEM current sensor.The accurate rectifier is introduced to improve the precision of the rectifier.The cost of the inverter is reduced effectively,and the inverter can promise high practical value in the engineering application.Finally, experimental results of a 50OVA prototype are given to verify the theoretic analysis.
