摘要
目的观察应用泰士WCH型胃肠起搏器对功能性消化不良患者的临床症状的影响,以评估其疗效。方法以泰士胃肠起搏器治疗73例功能性消化不良患者。观察治疗前后的临床症状。结果73例患者中,临床症状无改善者6例,占8.2%;有效者8例,占11.0%;显效者59例,占80.8%;总有效率为91.8%。结论泰士胃肠起搏器具有改善功能性消化不良患者临床症状的作用。
Objective To investigate the influence to the clinical symptoms of the patients with functional dyspepsia using Taishi WCH gastrointestinal pacemaker and estimate the effect of the treatment. Methods 73 patients with functional dyspepsia who had been treated with Taishi gastrointestinal pacemaker were enrolled in this study. Their clinical symptoms before and after the treatment were recorded. Results In 73 patients, the clinical symptoms of 6 patients （8.2%） showed no improvement; 8 patients （11.0 %） were effective with the treatment; 59 patients （80.8%） showed significant improvement （excellence）. So the total effective rate is 91.8%. Conclusions Taishi gastrointestinal pacemaker is effective in the improvement of the symptoms of the patients with functional dyspepsia.
