摘要
近年来,在美国、日本及荷兰等国采用大剂量顺铂(PDD)腹腔灌注治疗卵巢癌、腹膜转移癌等,已作了许多实验和临床研究,但总例数不足150例,在国内尚未见正式文献报导。我科自1985年4月至1988年7月,采用此法治疗以消化道为主的多种中、晚期腹腔恶性肿瘤53例,现报道如下: 一般资料本组病例共53例,其中男44例,女9例。最大年龄79岁,最小年龄27岁,平均年龄55.1岁。病种:贲门癌24人(探查术5人,切除术后腹腔转移3人,未手术16人),胃癌18人(探查术6人。
Cisplatin (100 mg) was given by intraperitoneal infusion to 53 patients with intracavitary malignancies. In this series, CR was 32.1% and PR 45.3% with the total remission rate of 77.4% (41/53). The middle survival time was 11.0 months. The mean survival time of nine patients free of tumor was 22 months. The side effects of this agent given intraperitoneally were mild. In particular, nausea was much less by intraperitoneal infusion than by intravenous or intraar- terial infusion.
