摘要
目的编制适用于护士的应对方式问卷。方法通过对护士的开放式访谈,自编了护士应对方式问卷。测试于上海市404位护士,并进行信度和效度检验。结果护士应对方式问卷可以提取六个因子,命名为问题解决、回避与自责、缓解情绪困扰、寻求社会支持、正面认识和行为摆脱。问卷总分的内在一致性系数和稳定系数分别为0.867和0.661。结论护士应对方式问卷具有较好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学的指标。
Objective To develop a Coping Ways Questionnaire for Chinese nurses. Methods To develop a Coping Ways Questionnaire for measuring nurses＇ coping style with opened interview. This questionnaire is administered to 404 nurses in Shanghai. The reliability and validity of this questionnaire are examined. Results Through exploratory factor analysis, the self-made Nurses Coping Ways Questionnaire is of 6 factors ： solving-problem, avoiding or self-blame, easing mood, seeking social support, positive reinterpretation and behavioral disengagement. The coefficient of internal consistency and coefficient of stability are 0. 867 and 0. 661 for total score. Conclusion The Nurses Coping Ways Questionnaire is of better reliability and validity . It attains good psychometric properties.
