摘要
针对铁路机车车辆横向悬挂系统存在的振动问题,提出了一种基于力和加速度反馈的旨在抑制振动的主动、半主动控制方案。介绍了主动、半主动控制原理,相应的执行机构和控制器的构成,整车试验的试验方法和部分试验结果。试验表明:采用主动、半主动控制技术以后,机车车辆的运行平稳性指标得到了较大的提高,列车的运行品质得到了明显改善。
Aiming at the vibration problems of the lateral suspension systems of railway vehicles, the active and semi-active vibration control methods are introduced to reduce the vibration of the high speed vehicles on the basis of force and acceleration feedback. The active and semi active control principles and composition of the related executive mechanism and controller are described. The test method for an integral vehicle and part of the test results are given. It is shown that the lateral suspension vibration of the vehicle system is greatly reduced, and the dynamical performance and ride comfort of the vehicle system are considerably improved by using the active and semi-active control methods.
