一种改进的无水碘化铝合成方法

摘要 在较高温度条件下,碘与铝在封闭的真空玻璃管中直接反应,产生碘化铝蒸气。采用淬冷方法可以得到纯净的无水碘化铝白色结晶。考察了反应物配比、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明:n(I)∶n(A l)=2.13∶1,反应温度为500℃,反应4.0 h,A lI3收率可达91%。产物用化学分析法、X射线衍射光谱和红外波谱法进行了检测。 The direct reaction of Al with 12 at high temperature in a closed vacuum glass tube resulted in AlI3 vapor. By quenching method, pure anhydrous AlI3 crystals were obtained. It was shown that the appropriate molar ratio of I to Al was 10:1, reaction temperature was 500℃, and reaction time was 4. 0 h. Under these conditions the yield of AlI3 was 91%. The product was identified by chemical analysis, XRD and IR.
