摘要
基于双三次B样条曲面对光学自由曲面的描述,采用参数变化量控制法进行刀具轨迹的计算。通过分析飞刀加工的特点,推导出单晶金刚石飞刀加工光学自由曲面的刀位点的计算方法,编程实现了该算法。根据走刀路径规划和刀位轨迹计算方法可以生成飞刀加工的数控程序,成功地应用该算法进行了光学自由曲面的加工。
According to the model of freeform optics, which was represented by the Double Cubic B-Spline Surface, control of parameters variation was used to calculate the NC machining tool path. Based on analyzing the characteristics of monocrystal diamond flycutter machining, the formula for calculating cutter location data was deduced and the corresponding algorithm was realized by programming. According to the algorithm and path layout of cutting feed mode, the NC program is generated and can be applied to machine freeform optics.
