摘要
本文以“思科诉讼案”为契入点,对现代高新技术领域普遍存在的公共技术标准私有化现象进行了深入的思考,分析了这些现象产生的技术原因、制度原因和社会原因,并且探讨了这一现象对科技发展、对社会进步的危害。
This article exposes the phenomena of the privatization of the public technical standard. And then, it analyses the technological cause, the legal cause and the social cause of the privatization. Lastly, it probes their harmfulness.
