摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,文化产业具有经济属性和意识形态属性,承担着发展经济和建设先进文化的双重重任。产业的微观主体是企业。微观主体活力不强是影响我国文化产业竞争力的关键因素。主要表现为体制性障碍较大、经营机制不活、主导产业匮乏、企业创新能力不强和市场不健全。鉴于此,政府宏观文化产业政策的制定必须有利于微观主体活力的增强;文化企业必须在内部机制、营销策略、发展思路、技术手段等方面来增强活力,提高竞争力。
In social market economy, cultural industry possesses the attribute of economy and that of ideology, which decides it should serve the development of economy and build an advanced culture. The less-energetic micro-subject of industry, enterprise, remains a key to influence the competitive power of our cultural industry, with the forms of serious system barriers, less flexible management mechanism, shortage of leading industry, low innovative ability of enterprise and unsoundness of market framework. In view of these situations, government should constitute such industrial policies that are more favorable to the enhancement of enterprise in self-innovation, inner mechanism, development thinking, technique advancement, etc. , so as to improve their competitive power.
