摘要
制备了含硼聚硅酸硫酸铁锌絮凝剂(PSFZB),通过正交试验确定最佳制备工艺条件:硅酸聚合时间50分钟、Si/Fe为1∶0.5、Si/Zn为1∶4、B/Si为0.8;研究了其絮凝性能。同时利用X光衍射分析方法、微电泳技术对PSFZB的形态和絮凝机理进行讨论。试验结果表明,研制的PSFZB絮凝剂具有很好的稳定性和较佳的处理效果,是一种较PAC、PFC优良的絮凝剂。
The flocculant polysilicic acid-ferric and zinc sulfate containing boron was prepared. The optimum technological conditions are got by experiments.the polymerization time of polysilicic acid 50 min Si/Fe 1:0.5,Si/Zn 1:4,B/Si 0.8. The pattern and flocculent mechanism of PSFZB were studied by using XRD instrument analysis method and electrophoretic mobility measurement. The results show that the PSFZB is a flocculant with good stability and good effect.It is much better than the PAC and PFS.
