摘要
本文应用X光衍射、DSC、密度法以及热台偏光显微镜研究了阳离子染料可染聚酯(CDP)的结晶特性。结果表明,与常规PET相比,CDP的结晶度降低。结晶能力下降,所生成的晶体平均尺寸校大,这说明CDP晶粒结构较疏松,晶粒内大分子链堆砌密度较低。
In this paper,the crystalline characteristics or cation dyeable polyester(CDP) was studied by means of wide angle X- ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, density measurement and polarization microscopy with a heater attached. The experimental results show that, comparing wih PET, the crystallinity and ability to crystallize of CDP decrease while the average crystal size of CDP increases. It can be concluded that the crystalline structure of CDP is not as compact as that of PET, that is to say, the packing density of macromolecules in crystals is reduced.
