红细胞多胺水平与白血病分型的关系 被引量:1

THE RELATIONSHIPS OF ERYTHROCYTE POLYAMINE LEVELS AND THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF LEUKEMIA

摘要 本文研究了19例急性白血病及1例慢性白血病病人的红细胞多胺水平,其结果是:①红细胞内精脒水平在ALL组高于正常对照组(P<0.05),AML、APL组则在正常范围(P>0.1),而AMMOL及AMOL组则低于对照组(P<0.05)和AML组(P<0.05);②各类型组红细胞精胺水平显著增高(P<0.001).但有幅度差异;③各类型组精眯/精胺比值均显著低于对照组(1.524),ALL组为0.938(P<0.025);AML组为0.779(P<0.01);APL组为0.319(P<0.001);而AMOL与AMMOL组为0.296(P<0.001),而且AMMOL和AMOL组与ALL组之间亦存在差异(P<0.05);这些结果提示红细胞多胺的检测有助于白血病的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后的判断。 In a study on erythrocyte polyamine level in 20 leukemia patients and 18 healthy undividuals, following results were obtained. (1) Putrescine (Pu) in erythrocytes was not detectable but in 2 AMoL patients; (2) Spermidine (Spd) level in ALL was higher than the control value (P<0.05); white in AML (M1,M2) and APL the level was in the range of control (P>0.1); while that in AMoL and AMMoL was considerably lewer as compared to control (P<0.001); (3) Spermine (Spm) level in all types of leukemia was increased (P< 0.001); (4) Spd/Spm ratio was significantly decreased as compared to control value (1.525), showing 0.938 in ALL (P<0.025); 0.779 in AML(M1,M2) (P<0.01); 0.319 in APL (P<0.001) and 0.296 in AMoL and AMMoL (P<0.001), and the differences between the Spd/Spm ratio in AMoL & AMMoL and in ALL were noted (P<0.05). These results suggested that the determination of erythrocyte polyamines in leukemia patients may be helpful in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis.
